Baba Ramdev in Jamnagar, Gujrat
On 3rd September 2010 Baba Ramdev visited Jamnagar to address the locals. He gave a motivating speech focusing on the problems Bharat is facing which might lead to huge problems in near future if proper action is not taken quickly.
Problems elaborated by Baba Ramdev:
1. National security – Neighbouring countries are conspiring against us, our borders are not even sealed properly leave alone safety. Internal security is in the worst possible condition – Naxalites and Maoists are eating up the nation from inside. Apart from this the government is a big time failure unable to control these problems and instead pointing fingers are saints and sanyaasis with terms like ‘Bhagua aatankwaad’ – ‘Saffron terrorists’.
2. Infrastructure – Our country lacks proper infrastrucutre in cities, towns, villages. Roads are in such conditions that 40% backache problems in the population is caused by them. Little rain causes streets to flood, there is no proper drainage system to control water. This is a big hurdle in the development. Roads, railways, etc are in pathetic condition hampering the growht of business and commerce.
3. Education – The education system is completely useless which focuses on education in english instead of local languages and is of such high price that only the elite have access to it. Government schools are in rotten condition. Politicans dont have the guts to get their children educated from Government schools who instead are studying in universities abroad or hi-class colleges/schools here. NGO reports say that quality of education in towns and villages is way poor than normal standards. There is a huge shortage of proper teachers and professors for universities and colelges and the burden is ever increasing with zero or negative results.
4. Governance – Political leaders have become deaf, dumb and blind who do not have guts to stand against the wrong and are hugely money-oriented. Rampant corruption is present in the political parties and no one is least cared about the development of the nation. Leaders speak of a slum free India where 50 crore people live in slums. 200 lakh crores of money is stashed away in swiss banks and other tax havens abroad which is not being utilized for the development of the nation and which is our money. The politicians of all groups are silent because this is the money they have taken out hence are not interested in getting it back.
5. Healthcare – 50%+ death due to malnutrition in the world take place in our country. More than 50 crore people live in slums and more than 80 crore people do not have access to clean drinking water. When the government is unable to provide the basic amenties of live to the majority of our country how can it cater to the needs of the 2.38 crores of people being added to the population every year ?
6. Poverty – 80 crore+ people live on a daily income of Rs.20 or less. And the governemnt is not putting a curb on any foreign company selliong zero-technology product which can be easily produced by local people with better quality and cheaper price because of low transport and advertisement which would provide employment and food to crores of people. Instead the educated literates can only make big speeches of achieving a slum free India.
7. Ever increasing population – Every year our population increases by 2.38 crores. The government is unable to provide for the existing population, with the shortage of infrastructiure and ever increasing demand then near future isnt bright for us if no strong action is taken immediately.
Its high time that the we stand up with national pride and fight against corruption and the national and social issues our country is facing for a better and brighter future.

My Dear Hindustani. When we protest against corruption, sealed the border, prevent the influence from neighboring country. Then government tell us we are saffron terrorist because there have no answer to give. They only try breakup our unity. After 60 years of Independent Indo-Bangladesh Border couldn’t sealed why because our government is benefited by the Bangladeshi people. If political person’s home thief entered then he leave out him and give punishment they never give the chair to sit him. But when Bangladeshi people come without visa then he is like a thief but our government give him total facility . And we have need to leave out the Bangladeshi people so we are protesting. If government tell us we are terrorist then I feel proud. I wrote this above line for our future.
